Having fun with my son & dog in the snow today made me happy. And, of course, the nice glow afterwards when we warmed up again with the help of a hot chocolate.

that looks amazing! My fun right now is delving deep, deep in to my garden and getting in to planting and growing. Such a novelty for me who doesn’t see myself as a gardening type – but it feels so healing and this is all part of my get healed, get whole, self-initiated programme!
