2022 Dates to be announced Soon.

Going on retreat is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

This special day will offer you time and space to renew your soul.

Spiritual Health and Wellness Coach, Shannon Kinney-Düh and Artist and Teacher, Noelle Stoffel, are partnering together to create an enriching, relaxing and inspiring day retreat for you!  Imagine a day when you can step away from your responsibilities to enjoy gentle yoga, guided meditation, energy healing, delicious food and abstract painting in a beautiful and natural setting.

Come to completely relax, reset and have fun being together while we breathe, move and stretch, eat well and play with paint!  After a morning of yoga, guided meditation and journaling, we’ll learn how to express ourselves through abstract painting.  You do not need any experience with yoga or painting for this retreat!  We will focus less on finishing a “perfect” painting, and instead guide you to have fun exploring and playing with different ways to make marks with paint – using intuition, curiosity and wonder.

Let’s embrace imperfection and enjoy the peace and solitude that comes from relaxing, creating and dreaming together.

Dates Coming Soon.

“Stepping out of the busyness, stopping our endless pursuit of getting somewhere else, is perhaps the most beautiful offering we can make to our spirit.” – Tara Brach
