I’m so excited to introduce to you a new project I’m working on!

I am partnering with my good friend, Ashley Walburn, to bring you this new movement, community, podcast and future retreats – for mamas in all stages of motherhood.

This movement is uniting women together, from around the globe, to support each other on our journeys of feeling more empowered, authentic and inspired as we not only raise our children, but also as we learn to nurture and care for ourselves. (It’s completely free.)

We are also launching a new Podcast!

On the Podcast we’ll share inspiration, encouragement and resources that help mothers learn how to reconnect to their intuition, how to open up to their dreams and creativity, how to fall and get back up, and how to heal and unfold authentically.

We also have future plans to create and host retreats for our Mindful Mama community.
