Your Personal Reflection:

Do you have a morning ritual that supports your needs? How can you nurture and take good care of yourself to feel more balance in your daily life? Do you know what truly nurtures your soul?

Take some time this week to notice how you feel. Slow down. Find a moment of stillness and check in with your body. Do you feel tension in your head, neck or shoulders? Some nervousness in your stomach? Are you feeling healthy and vibrant or a little run down? Notice those feelings – without judgment. Be kind to yourself. Simply listen to what they are trying to tell you. Journal about it!
