Sleep deprivation causes higher levels of anxiety, feelings of depression, disrupts your natural rhythm, makes you feel irritable about the little things, clouds your judgment and can lead to poor decisions, as well as other health concerns.

Getting better sleep improves your mood and memory, helps you make healthier choices, reduces irritability, anxiety and depression, lowers stress, helps you see things more clearly and helps you feel more energized and better overall.
