One of the roadblocks to manifesting what we desire is the mental clutter, mind noise, daily distractions and habits.

In order to find what matters most to you and to create a new vision for your future, you need to make space to look at the thoughts you think and the words you use.

Cleaning off your window / clearing out your mind is a very important step in the practice of getting clearer about your life’s path.

✨Today, ask yourself:

* What thoughts do I think throughout the day?
* What common words and phrases do I use?
* What’s the vibe of the words I think and say?
* Do the thoughts I think and the words I use lift me up or bring me down?
* Where do these thoughts and words even come from?

Become an observer of your words and start to see shifts take place.

✨ Your words matter!

I experienced the most powerful past several days.

I experienced the most powerful past several days.

In honor of the year anniversary of my dad’s passing, my sister and I took an epic trip to Colorado. We experienced pure bliss and massive joy at the most amazing concert at Red Rocks. (Seriously…it felt like the whole place was floating on clouds.) It was also the night of the full moon.

We saw our two favorite bands on one incredible stage - Indigo Girls and Brandi Carlile (and even met Abby Wambach and Glennon Doyle in the crowd).

It was also the same night that our dad passed - one year ago to the date.

It was bliss, joy and then compete sadness all rolled into our weekend together.

We hiked this beautiful mountain to honor our dad’s life and share in his memory the days after the concert.

Since music is one of the love languages we shared with our dad, it seemed fitting to be dancing our hearts out at a concert under the stars this particular night, and then to savor quality time together surround by the majestic beauty of the mountains.

✨ What does my grief need most in this moment?

Honor what you need.
Make space for all the feelings…the highs and the lows. The extreme bliss and the true sadness.
